Locarno`s Silver Leopard for best actor went to Walter Saabel for his performance in The Shine of Day by Tizza Covi and Rainer Frimmel.
The shine of Day is also awarded the Don Quijote Prize of the International Federation of Film Societies and a Special Mention of the Ecumenical Jury.
